Cosmic Break Skin Tool

A tool to let you photoshop CB skins in full RGB mode.

If you're not going to read the tutorial, please make sure to follow the instructions in the log whilst using the tool (manually setting Primary / Sub / Light colours as instructed after importing a texture in to CB is critical.)

An updated version with a few improvements to palette selection (and I'll probably add the ability to let you edit it manually, too) is currently scheduled for the end of March. Please check back around then.
